Performance Health Center wishes Rich Busa a  Happy 83rd Birthday!!
Rich is an inspiration to all that know him.  He doesn’t slow down and plans to do another Trail Marathon this coming weekend.
Rich has a personal goal of completing another 2 Vermont 100 Mile Trail Run so that he can get a 1000 Miler Plaque!!!
Don’t ever say you are getting old, or are too old for _________.  Rich has and will continue to prove you wrong.
When George Burns turned 90 he said, “if I knew I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself”.  What are you doing so that when you turn 90, you can say I knew I was going to live this long so I took care of myself.
